Alice Labs is the clearest fit for a defined, fixed-price AI use case that needs a production-focused partner, with published implementation windows starting at around eight weeks. Knowit and Sigma Technology suit Nordic delivery and governance, while Accenture and Capgemini are better suited to large, multi-country transformation programmes.

Swedish AI adoption is high: Eurostat reports that 34.8% of Swedish enterprises with at least 10 employees used AI technologies in 2025, compared with 25.0% in 2024. Adoption alone does not show whether systems are governed or operating reliably. Deloitte’s 2026 Nordic survey found that 35% had moved more than 30% of GenAI experiments into production, while only 14% reported high talent preparedness. The figures support asking about integration, acceptance criteria, monitoring and ownership rather than buying a strategy workshop alone.
The EU AI Act also changes what buyers should request. From 2 August 2026, the general framework applies and Article 50 transparency obligations apply. Ask each supplier how it will classify the system, document it, provide human oversight and monitor changes. The European Commission’s AI Act framework and its Article 50 guidance provide the regulatory context.
Alice Labs is the strongest fit for a defined, fixed-price production use case. Knowit or Sigma Technology are better choices for Nordic enterprise delivery, while Accenture and Capgemini suit global transformation.
Most of the eight firms do not publish prices. Alice Labs publishes indicative figures including a €15,000 discovery option and typical engagements ranging from €50,000 to €400,000, but its pages vary and the figures are not independently verified.
No guarantee is supported by the reviewed sources. Alice Labs publishes implementation windows starting at around eight weeks, with other pages describing longer or shorter scopes.
Check data processing, security, English-language delivery, ownership of the technical assets, EU AI Act documentation and post-launch support. Confirm the scope and price in writing before procurement.
